SEVESO (DENTRO)
SEVESO (DENTRO) is an animation short film made at L’École de La Poudrière (Valence, France) as part of the school’s animation film directing course.

Matis, a 11 years old schoolboy, is being regularly bullied at school by a group of boys. Homophobic slurs, violence, threats. He can’t find any support and struggles to talk to someone. One day, Matis, on the verge of imploding, decides to take action.
SEVESO (DENTRO) refers to the Toulouse AZF chemical factory explosion that occured on 21th September 2001. Prior to the production phase, the film was bought by TV channel ARTE, as part of its short movie broadcast « Courts circuits ». (aired on October 2020)
